🚨 We’ve got a new negotiator in town. 🚨

Just when I thought I’d heard every tactic in the book, a new one has emerged.

Agero Roadside — calling on behalf of insurance carriers — is now attempting to tell towing companies what the “average” storage rate is in our area… and what they’re willing to pay.

Apparently, since Control Experts hasn’t been successful at pulling money out of hardworking tow companies’ pockets, Agero has decided to step into the ring.

Let’s be absolutely clear:

❌ Tow companies do not set rates based on third-party opinions.
✅ We set rates based on real costs, real risk, compliance obligations, and the services we are legally required to perform.

To my fellow tow operators:

🔹 Stand your ground.
🔹 Know your worth.
🔹 Know your rates.
🔹 And most importantly — know how to professionally and confidently defend your position.

If we don’t protect our industry, someone else will gladly try to price it for us.
