Construction is moving forward on Linn-Benton Community College’s new Agricultural Center — a hands-on learning facility designed to support the next generation of Oregon’s agricultural workforce.

The project includes a livestock arena, barns, and sustainable design features that will serve students and programs for years to come. Completion is currently targeted for fall 2026.

Taking shape in Amity: the new Amity School District 4J Office

Walls are up, brick is going on, and the front entry is really starting to come together. Construction is moving steadily on Amity School District’s new District Office in Amity.

Designed as a dedicated home for the district’s central administrative team, the new office will create a more functional and permanent space right on campus — supporting the district’s students, staff, and community for years to come.

We’re proud to continue partnering with Amity School District as owner’s representative, building on the district’s recent capital bond improvements. The project is currently targeted for completion in late summer 2026.

Columbia Gorge Community College | Yesterday, HMK and the college hosted an opportunity for contractors to visit the site and review existing conditions, before submitting a bid next week. This is part of the bond program, improving both The Dalles and Hood River Campuses. This specific project will provide new signage and way finding around the campuses, ensuring clear pathways to buildings, as well as provide English/Spanish room signs, within the buildings.
