Most people think they’re consuming information.
What they’re actually consuming is content designed to hold their attention.
News, politics, influencers, even “education” are all shaped by the same underlying system: retention, engagement, and emotional response. Psychology backs this. The more something triggers you, the more likely you are to remember it, share it, and believe it. The more you see something, the more true it starts to feel.
That’s not an accident.
That’s design.
This doesn’t mean everything is false. It means everything is framed.
Once you see that, everything shifts.
You stop asking, “Is this interesting?”
You start asking, “What is this trying to make me believe?”
That’s where awareness begins.
That’s where authorship begins.
Because the same way narratives shape how you see the world… they shape how people see you.
If your content feels inconsistent, if your message isn’t landing, or if people don’t fully “get” what you do, it’s rarely a strategy problem.
It’s a narrative problem.
I created the Brand Spellbook to help you see that clearly.
It breaks down how language, identity, and storytelling shape perception, and how to turn your story into something people actually recognize and remember.
