If you have organic ag acreage that was impacted by the floods, this document provides a lot of detail on the rules and processes related to your certification and growing rules. The short version - there is an exemption process that can provide a waiver in cases where flood damage impacts your soil. Reach out to your organic certifying agent and they can help make sure your organic ground is handled properly.
