MCE Women's Business Center Our mission is to empower women-owned businesses to grow, create jobs, and generate wealth across the state.

MCE Women's Business Center (WBC) is designed to assist businesswomen in starting and expanding small businesses on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Anne Arundel County. The Women's Business Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Small Business Administration. We offer FREE training, mentoring, and one-on-one counseling, and micro- and small business loans to women entrepreneurs from both center locations in Salisbury and Baltimore.
