Earl Campbell started his career in MMA as a photographer for several smaller regional MMA promotions and still currently operates one of the most successful sports photography businesses around, Earl Campbell Photography. After spending several years behind a camera and getting to know various promoters, Earl Campbell was offered a full time position as General Manager of Cage Fury Fighting Championships. As GM of CFFC, Earl Campbell learned the in's and out's of what good sports management consists of and what needs to be done for fighters to be successful. Earl Campbell carried over those positive traits to make his fighters successful in their careers and beyond satisfied with the service he provides. Being familiar with all aspects of the sport, Earl Campbell is the ideal Fighter Manager due to his relationships with various promotions, his reputation within the state governing commissions and his work ethic that is second to none. Being a former police officer in Ocean City, Maryland, Earl Campbell portrays a firm, no nonsense, "Get it done" approach to work.
