We are incredibly proud to celebrate a very special milestone — Tim’s 20th anniversary with Coastal Comfort!

Tim joined Coastal Comfort 20 years ago as an HVAC apprentice, learning the trade and building his skills from the ground up. He went on to become our very first full-time service technician, helping lay the foundation for the service department and company we have today.

Throughout his career, Tim has never stopped learning or challenging himself. He has earned his Maryland HVAC Master License, Delaware HVAC Master License, and Maryland Master Electrician License, NATE Certification — accomplishments that reflect his tremendous knowledge, work ethic, and dedication to his craft.

But what has made Tim so special to Coastal Comfort goes far beyond his technical abilities.

Over the years, Tim has become a customer favorite, building relationships that extend far beyond a service call. He has been welcomed into the homes of many of the same families year after year, earning their trust not only because of the work he does, but because of the person he is. For so many of our longtime customers, seeing Tim at the door feels like seeing an old friend.
