Due to forecast rain this weekend, we have rescheduled the yellow sections. The schedule is now:

Blue Sections – Monday, October 16th sealcoat / Tuesday, October 17th stripe See less

Yellow Sections – Saturday, October 28th sealcoat / Sunday, October 29th stripe

We will be sealcoating and striping our parking lot beginning Monday 10/9/2023 going through Wednesday 10/18/2023. We have broken this into sections as seen below in an effort to make as little inconvenience as possible. We encourage all employees and patrons to follow the parking lot patterns that will be marked to ensure proper cure for the parking lot seal.

Green Sections – Monday, October 9th sealcoat / Tuesday, October 10th stripe

Red Sections – Wednesday, October 11th sealcoat / Wednesday, October 12th stripe

Beaglin Park Drive between Old Ocean City Rd and Route 50 will be closed tomorrow, June 21 for the funeral of Cpl. Glenn Hilliard. Please use Civic Ave to Belmont Ave to enter our complex.

Today, our asphalt contractor will be repairing three areas of asphalt in the complex as outlined in the attached photo. Please avoid the areas if possible. On Saturday the contractor will be returning to fill cracks in the entire parking lot.

SealTech of Delmarva will be continuing to re-stripe the parking lot on Tuesday, June 4, in the late afternoon and evening.

The dates have been updated to this weekend for the parking lot striping. Please be aware if you're visiting one of the offices in the complex this weekend.

On Saturday June 1 and Sunday June 2 (weather dependent) our vendor, SealTech of Delmarva, will be restriping our parking lot including all parking spaces, access aisles, speed bumps, fire lanes, and arrows. During this time certain areas of the parking lot will be closed for painting. Please do not remove or move cones, barricades, or caution tape. Additionally, please do not leave any vehicles here overnight during this time, as they would block access to the lines.
