A note from Christa Gayle Craig;
It is quite now!! Had a great dinner, lots of fun and fellowship. All the prep work for the dinner paid off and we sat down to eat before 1:30! However, in the night I realized that I had no water! So after feeding the horse and cats I went to the well house to see what was the trouble. Long story short the breaker had flip off. No problem you say? Well, Harlan C. Schellenger came over and was not impressed when I told him that it was down in the cavern below! He didn't think so but when I told him all that Gerald had done but leaving the breaker down there he descended!! Landing on the step stool that he let down w/ a rope. Flipped the breaker and we had electricity!! Getting back up was a challenge as well! Then in the shortest time I can ever remember I had water. Not too long thereafter the furnace was running and I heard a loud knocking but no one was at the door. Oh, my furnace is going out! Called Harlan C. Schellenger and said listen to this. "That sounds like your water heater, you must have an air bubble in the water pipes." I went and turned the faucet on and I had water. I was so happy that it was not the furnace and that I had water that quickly!!!! Finally, it quit knocking and went on working happily! I got dinner fixed, chairs brought up from the barn, table set and soon Harlan C. Schellenger and Margo came, John Benson, and Steve Factor's family came and I proceeded with getting dinner on the table! Now, everyone went home with full tummies, and a happy day. I am now going to relax and watch football!! Have a great new year y'all.
