𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚?

We live in a time and age where everything we could possibly need is at our fingertips.

We have more 'efficiency' in the way of productivity apps, AI, automation, the ability to do business anywhere in the world from our home.

We have more information, tools and resources available to us on demand; and at low to no cost.

At the same time, most people are way too busy, stressed out, overweight, unhealthy, lacking fulfillment and financially strapped.

𝙎𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨?

How can we possibly have so many tools available to us to make us more efficient and more intelligent, shouldn't we all be superhumans?

I think a big part of the problem is people are unaware of where they get their dopamine from.

We all get our fix, but where does it come from?

Social media, junk food, gambling, trading stocks, alcohol/substances, news, politics, advertising, buying stuff we don't need.

Those are all hits of dopamine and they are highly addictive and they keep us highly distracted, unhealthy and spending money.

𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙙𝙤𝙥𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚:

You could also get your fix from things that move you forward in life.

Better job, build a business, make a certain income, create more financial abundance, make a change in the world.

The dangerous side of this is it can get you on the 'dopamine treadmill' and chasing the external symbols of success.

Money, titles, awards, achievement; all can be nice things but leave you unfulfilled in the long term.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢:

You will become absolutely limitless if you can learn to love 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.

Making a simple deposit of 5 hours per week in yourself, focusing on becoming a better version of yourself can pay massive dividends.

I personally wake up at 5:45 each morning to give me 2-3 solid hours of me time, which amounts to over 800-1000 hours in a year.

✅ Invest in your mind (do something meditative)
✅ Invest in your body (stay active)
✅ Invest in your health (ditch processed foods)
✅ Invest in learning about money
✅ Invest in something that feeds your heart and soul

The icing on the cake is to pair your dopamine with serotonin!

Serotonin comes from savoring, enjoying, being present, living in gratitude!

Time is completely malleable, and this is only one component.

Optimize your efficiency with these practices, then learn to manage your energy, and lastly learn to perceive time without 'rushing' or feeling busy.

We live in a time of 'busy-ness' where a lot can happen with very little getting done.

Go get it my friends 🤜🤛!

I do believe in the Law of Attraction, as long as you are taking action. 🤯

It's simple: If you have clarity in your mind and taking continual steps towards your goals, you are doing the same things that other people that are successful at reaching those same goals, and interacting with those people and learning from them, why wouldn't you also be successful?

But sitting around wishing and dreaming about it isn't the same thing.

Make it a habit to create intent in your mind daily (visualization, meditation, journaling or simply writing down what you want) so you have clarity.

Then take small action steps each and every day and it will be no Secret as to why you get what you want to acheive!!!

Don't you agree? Drop a 💯

Go to school. Work hard. Get a job and get paid 6 figures. Doctor, lawyer, architect. Work for 40-50 years and you are set.

Does that sound familiar?

Marcus Chan was washing dishes, sometimes for up to 15 hours on a Sunday and he knew there had to be more.

He rejected the societal constructs that said that to make money, you've got to work hard in one of those high paying jobs.

As he broke through the 100k barrier, then 150, then 200, he realized he could keep going.

After getting 10 raises in 10 years and bringing in millions of dollars for a large corporation, he decided it was time to move on and become a sales coach for the top B2B and Sales professionals and leaders.

Join me and Marcus and we dissect the mindset and mindset tools & practices of an 8 figure entrepreneur.

How do leaders teach their employees to cultivate a powerful mindset?

Are top sales organizations teaching mindset as part of their onboarding and training?

What mindset practices does Marcus do for himself?

What are the top limiting beliefs and stories that sales reps have that hold them back?

How did Marcus start thinking bigger and who did he learn from?

We'll get deep into Mindset on this episode of Mindset Hackers.

Visualization, journaling, affirmations, we cover it all.

"If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten" Tony Robbins

"What we do or cannot do, what we consider is possible or not possible, is rarely a function of our true capability. Its merely a function of our beliefs about who we truly are and what we can accomplish." Tony Robbins

Why is it so hard to stay happy once you've reached 'success'?

The game has always been rigged.

Its very intentional, and of course there is money behind it.

You've seen people who seem to have everything.

The nice house.
The nice cars.
The money.
The beautiful family photos.
The cool title.

But on the inside, bankrupt of happiness.

Chasing with no end in sight.

Milestone after milestone reached, and happiness for a bit, but then it wears off, and the chasing begins again.
But then there are those who have everything and actually ARE happy!

What gives? Why is this?

The reason lies in neuroscience, specifically the neurotransmitter called dopamine.

It is the 'molecule of more', the reward seeking chemical that gets you to get off your ass and take action.

Every industry knows how to use it to get you to buy.

In this video by Mike Simmons - the YouTube Guy I break it down for you, and how to avoid the cycle of chasing (full video link is in the comments).

You can still go after everything you want AND be happy & fulfilled.

Full vid is in the comments (12 minutes)

𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩?

"Don't be the person that looks at the weather report the night before to decide what you are going to do the next day.

What that means is don't be the person who sees if it is going to rain or snow or be too hot or cold and make your decision off of that forecast.

Whatever Mother Nature puts in front of you, go out and attack it.”

That was a quote from Ultra Runner & Former Navy Seal David Goggins.

But its not just the weather that we wait for.

We wait for us to have enough money at the end of our paychecks to do something that we 'kind of' want to do.

We rush through our days and give our time to everyone else before we give it to ourselves.

We stay in bad relationships for far to long waiting for the conditions to be right for us to leave.

Time to stop waiting for the conditions to be right and make the conditions adapt to you.

Stop 'trying' and start doing.

You are the creator.

You are so very worth it.

Next time you catch yourself saying "I'll have to see if I have enough (time/money)", just do it and then create the resources to make it happen.

Use the COI (cost of inaction) as leverage to get you in motion.

Its better to sweat or freeze in training than to bleed in battle.
