Some key points of EPA 40 CFR 264.175 regulations:
-Your stored containers of hazardous liquids can't sit in their own leaks or spills.
-The containment unit must be free of gaps and cracks
-The containment unit needs to have sufficient capacity for precipitation or protected from precipitation to prevent overflow
-Units should be checked regularly for leaks, spills and precipitation. If found, drain or clean to prevent overflow
-The containment unit needs to hold 10% of the total volume of all containers or the volume of the largest container, whichever is greater (A 30 gallon drum and a 55 gallon drum need 55 gallons of containment: 3X5.5=8.5, 8.5
