Justin Hooiman, a son, brother, uncle, and best friend walked out the doors of Fortitude Treatment Center in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 22, 2017 and was never seen or heard from by family again. He was at fortitude and was using his phone until the 22nd, and we know who he had contact with. It would be in your best interest to come forward and let us know what you know before we have the inf
ormation from another source. On the 20th, He had just called his "mamabear" to see if they could meet up for lunch, but when she arrived, she was informed that he never showed up to work. The police were less than helpful for years, until a news reporter got involved and found an unsealed search warrant that stated a CI said Justin had been "murdered and buried in the cement at IMC". We were told that his last phone call was to his mom, but then found out the police hadn’t even pulled phone records when they told us that. We were told there were no calls on his phone after that call, and now we have found there are. The police had lied and led us to searching for answers on our own. We now have a wonderful detective on the case from SLCPD as well as a private detective, and are getting very close to having the answers. Justins loved ones want to know what happened. Justin had struggles like we all do, but behind that million-dollar-smile he had, he also had the softest & purest soul.. truly he had a heart of gold. His biggest love in life was his family, and now all they want is to have some kind of answer. There is a reward for any information that will lead to an arrest or closure of this case, and that can be done anonymously to our private detective Jason Jensen or the SLCPD Detective Cory Olsen. Any information, no matter how small, would be appreciated more than you will EVER know. I have added a link to a podcast episode about Justins disappearance, as well as a recent investigation done by a local news reporter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjVi8cMFVmI
