Thank you to TMI-2 CAP Chairman Dave Allard and the CAP Board members for taking the time to tour the Three-Mile Island Unit 2 (TMI-2) Decommissioning Project.

The group had the opportunity to see the progress firsthand, including a rare opportunity to stand inside the center of one of the cooling towers and spend time in the TMI-2 control room.

Following the tour, the group participated in a productive and successful CAP meeting. We appreciate their continued engagement, questions and commitment to supporting the safe and successful decommissioning of TMI-2.

Congratulations to Jason Norville on his recent promotion to Project Director overseeing the Three-Mile Island Unit 2 (TMI-2) Decommissioning Project!

Jason joined EnergySolutions in May 2022 and has played a vital role in advancing the safe and successful progress of this important decommissioning project.

With 26 years of military service in the nuclear field, Jason brings extensive experience, leadership and a deep understanding of the importance of clear communication, teamwork and disciplined ex*****on to safely and effectively complete complex work.

Outside of EnergySolutions, Jason lives in Central Pennsylvania with his wife of more than 20 years, their son and their Rhodesian Ridgeback. He enjoys spending time with family, reading, boating, biking, golfing, hiking, traveling and gardening. His interests also include sustainable gardening, supporting local pollinators, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, metaphysical research and the study of human consciousness.

Shaping the Future of the Nuclear Lifecycle

EnergySolutions Executive Vice President David Campbell joined a distinguished panel Wednesday at the National Cleanup Workshop to discuss two critical issues shaping the future of nuclear energy: the Nuclear Lifecycle Innovation Campus and the back-end of the nuclear fuel cycle.

Campbell was joined by leading experts from the U.S. Department of Energy, Orano and Savannah River National Laboratory.
