Fifty years ago, this month started Tendy Bundy's serial murder spree. His first known abduction was Nancy Wilcox in the late evening of October 1st, 1974. Her body was never found and it would appear during the recorded conversation while using an out-dated incomplete Utah map from 1967, Utah police detective Dennis Couch was unitentionally misinformed to search for her remains down SR-24. I believe the true area to search was SR-89. Thanks to Killer in the Archives, many of the falsehoods of Nancy's story are coming out after nearly 50 years of being misreported.
