👋 Meet Colin.
Colin is our CEO and International Consulting Psychologist here at Wilford Scholes.
Growing up in South Africa, Colin has always been fascinated by how people behave and think given their inherited resources and circumstances. The study of the mind, personality dynamics, and the power of influence and leadership have always been an interest of his since an early age.
🏆 Having achieved top honors in his respective athletic disciplines, Colin helped fellow athletes mentally prepare for the world stage.
After graduating from Grad school and starting his own Practice as a Clinical Psychologist in 1996, Colin extended his professional career to consulting to the business world in providing assessments, training and coaching solutions for all their “people” needs and concerns.
Over the past decade, he has become increasingly sought after by organizations on almost every continent to help resolve Selection, People Dynamics, and Training needs for all levels of staff and leaders.
🌍 Colin's international and multi-cultural experience within challenging industries has helped him assist Leaders and Companies in resolving their current people issues.
⛷ Always retaining his athletic interest, Colin now does mountain biking and skiing as his sports of choice as he lives close to some of the best ski resorts in the USA.
As well as being extremely knowledgable and experienced in his field, Colin is a great leader and co-worker and we at Wilford Scholes are lucky to have him on our team!
