What a good reminder! What is the real definition of "diet?" Webster dictionary states diet as, "food and drink regularly provided or consumed". So diet does not equal starvation, beating yourself up, or drinking only liquids. It is what you eat and drink everyday. So what you are eating and drinking today is your "diet." If you don't like your diet, all you have to do is aim for good health for "you". Happy Wednesday.

Recently found out you can freeze avocado for off season. Take 1-2 avocado. Mash or slice into a freezer safe zip lock. Add a small fresh lemon juice and the avocado seed (for freshness and the seed will make it not turn brown when thawed or fresh). Will last 6+ months.
