We’re hiring at HAVN Sanctuary in Lehi. Two full-time roles on the opening team.

Experience Associate: a hospitality role first. Host events, welcome new members, help people get to know each other, and craft experiences people return for.

General Manager: you lead the team and run the club day to day, so members keep coming back. You’ll set the hospitality standard for Sanctuary, hire and coach the people who deliver it, and own membership growth and retention. As part of the opening team, you’ll shape how this place feels from the beginning.

If that sounds like you, apply at the link in bio or email [email protected] with a short note on why HAVN and why you.

Working remotely gets easier when work, wellness, and community share a roof.

Work: a coworking lounge, phone booths, and private offices.
Wellness: a full gym, a rooftop pool, and fitness classes.
Community: at least two events every week, and a room where members actually get to know each other.

We built HAVN around all three.

Send this to someone who works from their couch.

The four things we’re building HAVN around.

A room where everyone is kind. That’s the whole idea.

1. Don’t do it alone.
2. No pressure. No pretending.
3. Give first.
4. Protect the room.

We also have a no as****es policy. :)

We hold our members and our team to it. If you join, this is what you’re joining.

A day in the building looks like this: focus first, then a reset, then people when you want them.

We built SLX and Sanctuary so work and recovery sit next to each other.
