From amusement park rides and time on the lake to connecting with colleagues, it was a great opportunity for our team to relax, have fun, and celebrate together.

Lokram brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across global medical device organizations, including Stryker, where he led enterprise quality strategy, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, procurement and large-scale organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, strengthened quality systems across complex manufacturing networks, and fostered cultures grounded in accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement..
