Well, NEW YORK OWES ME NOTHING!!!!!!! Just finished taping with Drew Barrymore and it surpassed what I ever expected!!! I was informed that the episode will air on September 16th!! Hope you get a chance to catch it and I hope I’m not looking to crazy lol! Thank you to EVERYONE for your support, encouragement, prayers and love! It truly got me through this experience and I am beyond grateful for it all!!! Thank you!!!!
By the way, Drew Barrymore and her whole staff were INCREDIBLE!!! I’m still in disbelief of it all! Thank you God for this amazing opportunity and can’t wait to continue to pour into our youth and the community through sewing!

It was a pleasure to represent my youth sewing organization, Student ICONS, in Austin, Texas for the Juneteenth celebration at the George Washington Carver Cultural Museum. In one hour, I had six 10 minute sewing sessions for adults and kids who learned sewing basics by making adorable pillows.

Hey guess what?????? We're going to AUSTIN!!!!! We have been invited to the George Washington Carver Cultural Museum to participate in their Juneteenth celebration by conducting 2 youth sewing sessions! The kiddos will sew their own Juneteenth inspired keepsake pillow. Maaaaan y'all don't know how excited we are for the opportunity to serve the youth in the great city of Austin for such an awesome event and cause!!

Good afternoon! Ladies, this one is for you! Sign up for the adult summer sundress sip & sew! This will be a fun and super beginner friendly class for the grown ups! So just to clarify, the youth summer sundress class is scheduled for Friday June 2nd from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. The adult summer sundress class is scheduled for Saturday June 3rd from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Looking forward to creating with you!
