You Bid, You Buy, It’s Yours! INSPECT BEFORE YOU BUY!
Everything we sell at our auction and property is SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and with all faults and defects therein. All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. No warranties. No guarantees. Buyer is responsible for all item repairs, insurance, inspection, registration, and all tax fees.
Buyers Premium: Cash & check 5%, add an additional 3% for credit card transactions.
Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, Bank Wire Transfer, and Cash.
Special Payment Terms: Items paid with a check and/or credit card are subject to a 3-day hold, until funds have cleared our bank. Once funds have cleared our bank, you may remove your items from our yard.
International buyers: Must pay with cash or bank wire, no checks or credit cards.
Payment Instructions: Payment due day of sale and prior to removal of items.
Currency Type: USD
Shipping Instructions: Buyer responsible for securing, loading, shipping & transport of items.
Preview Date & Times: The day before the auction, and by appointment 325-650-2049.
Picking up your item: Buyers have 3 days after the auction date to pick up items.

Any items left after 3 days will incur a $10 per day storage fee. After 30 days items will be considered abandoned - no refund.
Securing the item: The moment you win the bid on the item, it’s your responsibility to protect your item from theft, damage, or loss. We are not responsible for theft, damages, or loss.
Titles: Most titles will be mailed out within 30 days of the auction.
Claiming sales tax exemption on your purchases with a Texas Ag/Timber certificate: You must bring a copy of a current, valid, non-expired Ag/Timber certificate to claim this sales-tax exemption. Sales tax will be charged on all taxable items. Note: there are a lot of changes on what's Ag/Timber sales tax exempt these days, so please visit this website for more information ahead of time:
Know Before You Go
Inspect before you bid! Feel free to stop by our yard the day before the auction to inspect the item(s) thoroughly, we will have staff available all day the day before the auction to assist you. Understand that all of these consignments are from local farmers & ranchers, so we need to treat every item with respect & due regard.
Arrive early on the day of the auction to register!
Bring a valid ID! A valid & current state issued ID is required to participate as a buyer in our auction. We will be making a copy of your ID for our records.

Be prepared to pay for your item, in full, at the end of the auction. If you are the winning bidder on an item, you must be prepared to pay for that item by the end of the auction. We will be accepting cash & a validated check, and credit cards. No item will leave the yard until payment is received in full. No exceptions. Items paid with a check will not be allowed to leave our yard, until the check is validated and has been deposited into our account. Note: there is a 5% buyer premium when paying with cash & check, & add 3% more if paying with a credit card. 8% buyer premium for online bidders.
Loading your item. Once the payment has been processed and cleared, you will be allowed to remove and transport your item from our yard. We will provide complimentary loading assistance the first 3 days after the auction date. Using our loading services is a complementary service, and you are not mandated to use our loading services. You may bring your own loading services. We are not responsible for any damage to the item and/or to your vehicle/trailer when loading an item you purchased. If you need to arrange special loading services, we will allow that. All items must be removed from our yard within 3 days after the auction.
Transporting/Shipping your item. Our Auction company does not offer transport or shipping of your item. That being said, there are some great independent local transport companies here in town. We can share their contact info with you if you need help arranging transport/shipping of your item.
Bring an appetite! We will have a cash vendor selling food & soft drinks at our yard on the day of the auction.
We are a drug-free & alcohol-free business. We do not allow or endorse the consumption of these substances on our property.
Farm dogs allowed. All animals must be on a leash. We have water on-site to water your animals.
Children are allowed at our auction, with direct parental supervision. To prevent an injury to a child or damage to a consignment, we ask that your children stay off consignments and stay with their guardians at all times during the auction. Unsupervised children will be addressed publicly during the auction.
