As we move forward into 2026, we’re grateful to see Optima Faith Solutions continuing to gain momentum and expand the vision God has placed before us.
Our mission remains simple but powerful: develop leaders, strengthen teams, and help organizations steward their resources well. Through strategic planning, leadership development, Lean Six Sigma training, process improvement, and facilitation, we are committed to helping businesses, ministries, nonprofits, and organizations operate with excellence and purpose.
One exciting development is that Barbie Klein Thomas is making great progress in her Psychology degree, which will soon be integrated into our services. Her growing expertise will strengthen our ability to support organizations in areas such as team dynamics, communication, leadership development, and the human side of organizational growth.
We believe the strongest organizations are built when sound operational systems and a deep understanding of people come together. As we continue building relationships, serving clients, and expanding opportunities in 2026, we’re excited about what lies ahead.
