Serving the Heart of Entrepreneurs' Organization Middle East Pakistan Africa (MEPA) - At Intercultural Talent, we believe that true leadership isn’t just about what you do when things are easy—it’s about how you show up when they aren’t.

This past week, we had the privilege of hosting two remote Strengths sessions for the EO MEPA Chapter Managers. Despite the significant disruptions and challenges currently facing the region, these leaders showed up with incredible engagement, presence, and a commitment to their communities. It was a powerful reminder of how we can continue to shine and grow, even amidst circumstances outside of our control.

We remain grateful for the opportunity to support the Entrepreneurs'​ Organization and this inspiring group of leaders.

For the first five years, Intercultural Talent was the pioneering vision of Founder & Principal Consultant Marisa Ortiz, operating as a solopreneur primarily via her LinkedIn profile. The first website iteration launched exactly 5 years ago today on December 1, 2020, coinciding with the pandemic-driven shift that made our firm instantly more global, interconnected, and remote. Now, five years later December 1, 2025, and fueled by robust international business travel and remote work across continents, Intercultural Talent, LLC continues to grow and evolve. Strengths in Pakistan - Lahore! Starting with the clarity that comes from the delightful 4-hr drive from Islamabad to Lahore through the Pakistani Punjab, Marisa delivered two sessions of Strengths to EO Lahore Chapter and C-Suite Executives. These senior leaders had abundant questions and connected to how Strengths can transform their leadership and organizations, leveraging team strengths grids and applying them to their strategy. “One of the best Executive Classes I’ve ever Attended” posted one of participants; what else can we ask for?
