Bridal portraits serve many different purposes. They allow you to trail your hair, makeup, nails, jewelry and even bouquet, but more importantly, they give you an additional moment with the dress that will more than likely forever be put away after your wedding day. There is usually not very much time for very many individual bridal shots on the day of the wedding, so if having more pictures of you in your dress is really important, a separate bridal shoot is for sure the way to go!
