a few months ago i announced that i was going to be offering these sessions with the hope of helping out new VA’s! i clearly remember how overwhelmed i felt at the very beginning of my journey. i was confused, unsure, lacking motivation many times and what greatly helped me was having people around me that encouraged and helped me along the way! sometimes it’s hard doing things on your own and it’s okay to ask for help!

New month, new habits!

Who says that the middle of March is too late to start new habits and make changes in your life? I was recently feeling like I needed AND wanted to make some changes. I weirdly didn’t start off the year with any particular “goals” as I normally would but I guess now is the time.

Here’s what I’m implementing into my life.

• Waking up at 7am. (I actually have been doing this for some weeks now because Chip has been waking me up haha and I am really loving it!)
• Making and sticking to a budget…as in I want to get really good at planning my finances and making better/smarter financial decisions. (I’m kind of a “live in the moment” kind of girl. I want to plan a little more for the future but obviously not hold back from living and enjoying my life now. I can’t fully give up not buying my coffee haha.)
• Reading before going to bed.
• Eating more mindfully. (Being more conscious about what I’m putting in my body. I’ve researched and seen how having a healthy gut is so important as it’s the key to so many health issues including acne. SO I really want to take care of that!

Oh and there’s more haha but this is getting long so… yup these are some things I want to implement into my life. What about you?

Remember that in order to see growth you have to be consistent and keep at it! I know it’s frustrating when you don’t see much growth happening right away but that’s how it is sometimes. Just keep posting!

ANNOUNCEMENT TIME!

So… if you saw my stories, you might remember I was talking about how I was considering offering Q&A/Consultation calls for upcoming VA’s… WELL, I am excited to announce it’s official! I decided to go for it and will be offering these in order to help out any new VA’s. I know that starting feels scary and overwhelming and that’s why I want to help!

I am going to go over my calendar in these next few days and start opening up spots. Once those dates are good to go I’ll make sure to announce them and we should be ready to go!

I can’t tell how excited I am to be doing this as I once was that nervous and confused girl, not knowing what I was doing haha. AHHH I AM SO EXCITED! Stay tuned.
