🕡 Approximately 6:30 PM – Homeowner Open Session Begins

✅ Introduction of our Landscape Vendor
✅ Board Reports & Financial Overview
✅ Approval of the 2027 Budget (No Assessment Increase! 🎉)
✅ Discussion of potential community improvements, including a pergola shade structure and pool replastering
✅ Homeowner Forum – Your opportunity to address the Board!

💬 We encourage all homeowners to attend!

We know HOA meetings might not sound like the most exciting way to spend a Tuesday evening (we promise not to take it personally 🤣), but these meetings are an opportunity to stay informed, hear what’s happening behind the scenes, and learn about decisions that impact our neighborhood.

Plus, it’s always nice to put faces to the names we see in emails and Facebook comments! 😏

We’re getting closer to one of our favorite community nights of the year, and we’d love to see a great turnout from across Amhurst.

🚨 AMHURST WALL OF SHAME: POOL EDITION 🚨

Well, well, well… looks like a few people decided the pool badge requirement was more of a friendly suggestion. 😂

If you recognize yourself in these pictures — or you know one of the individuals pictured… consider this your friendly public service announcement from the Amhurst HOA Board of Directors:

Do not do this again…. Clearly based on how they got in, it’s not the first time…

Entering the pool/amenities area without a valid badge or proper authorized access is not permitted and may be considered trespassing. Sneaking in behind someone, having someone open the gate, or finding another creative way inside doesn’t change that.

We really don’t want to turn the community cameras into the next episode of “Amhurst’s Most Wanted: Pool Division.” 😂

So gentlemen, enjoy your moment on the Wall of Shame, take the hint, and next time please use the pool the correct way.

The cameras are watching. 👀📸

📢 FINAL REMINDER: Frontier Waste Bulk Pick Up is Tuesday!

Amhurst residents, just a quick reminder from the Amhurst HOA Board of Directors that Frontier Waste Management Bulk Pick Up is this Tuesday, September 29th.

If you plan to take advantage of the bulk pickup, now is a good time to start getting your items ready and placed neatly at the curb.

Please remember:

* This pickup is for Frontier Waste residents only
* Tiger Waste residents are not included
* Keep bulk items separate from regular household trash
* Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or mailboxes
* Please make sure your items follow Frontier Waste bulk pickup guidelines

📣 Traffic Study Petition Signing This Week

Amhurst homeowners who would like to sign the traffic study petition can stop by the Amhurst Pool this week:

📅 Thursday
⏰ 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Inside the pool area

This petition is requesting a traffic study for our community. The results of that study could potentially lead to recommendations or future action to address speeding and traffic concerns, which may include speed bumps or other traffic-calming measures.

Please remember to bring your pool card, as the petition will be set up inside the gated pool area.

If you’d like to support having the traffic concerns in our community formally evaluated, stop by and add your signature.
