πŸ“¬ June 2026 Community Newsletter

Good Morning, Amhurst neighbors!

The Amhurst Board of Directors wanted to share a quick update regarding our monthly community newsletter.

Moving forward, we will also be posting the monthly newsletter right here on My Amhurst in addition to the normal email distribution. While most homeowners have access to email, we understand that many residents spend more time checking social media throughout the day and are more likely to see important community updates here.

Our goal is simple: make sure information is as accessible as possible and reaches as many homeowners as we can.

Whether it's community projects, amenity updates, upcoming events, board announcements, or other neighborhood news, we want everyone to have an easy way to stay informed about what's happening in Amhurst.

With that said, attached is the June 2026 Newsletter for your review.

As always, thank you for being part of our community, and we hope you find the information helpful!

πŸ“’ Message from Girl Scout Troop 685 πŸ’š

Amhurst neighbors,

We are excited to share the following message from Girl Scout Troop 685 regarding a project they recently completed for our community:

-----

Hi Amhurst neighbors! πŸ’š

We are Girl Scouts from Troop 685, and for our Silver Award project we helped build Gaga Ball pits for our community!

Gaga Ball is a super fun game that is kind of like dodgeball, but you play it inside a pit and try to hit the ball below other players’ knees. It is easy to learn, and lots of people can play together.

We wanted to do this project so kids in Amhurst would have another fun way to play outside, meet new friends, and spend time together.

We hope you are excited to try Gaga Ball with us! Stay tuned for more rules, tips, and times to come learn how to play.

-----

On behalf of the Amhurst HOA, we'd like to thank Troop 685 for their hard work, creativity, and dedication to making our neighborhood an even better place for families and children to enjoy. We look forward to seeing our residents out there having fun and making great memories.

As stated, stay tuned for more info to come!

Thank you, Troop 685, for investing in our community! πŸ’š

πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ Pool Hours Extended! πŸŒžπŸŒ™

Good news, Amhurst neighbors!

The Amhurst Board of Directors is excited to announce that pool hours have been extended and are now:

⏰ 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM Daily

These new hours are effective immediately, giving everyone a little more time to enjoy the pool, soak up the sunshine, get in those evening swims, or simply relax after a long day.

As a reminder, we do have Pool Security on-site to help monitor the facility and enforce pool rules so that everyone can enjoy a safe and welcoming environment.

And for those moments when you're having so much fun that time gets away from you (we've all been there), our upgraded camera system has your back:

πŸ’‘ 15 minutes before closing, the camera alert lights will begin flashing as a friendly reminder that it's time to start gathering your belongings and make your way toward the exit.

🚨 If motion is still detected after 10:00 PM, the camera system will automatically activate its audible alarms. Think of it as the pool's way of saying, "Thanks for visiting, but it's bedtime!"

We hope everyone enjoys the extended hours and has a great pool season. See you at the pool!

πŸ“’ Friendly Reminder from the Amhurst Board of Directors

This is a reminder that the grace period for assessment payments due on April 1st has officially ended.

To provide additional flexibility to homeowners with the software change, Lifetime Management provided a 30-day grace period, and the HOA Board matched that by waiving late fees for an additional 30 days. This extended the waived late fee period through May 31st.

As of today, June 1st, late fees will now apply to any unpaid assessment balances.

If you have already submitted your payment, thank you. If your assessment is still outstanding, we encourage you to make arrangements as soon as possible to avoid additional fees.

Thank you for your attention and for being a valued part of the Amhurst community.

πŸ“’ Attention Amhurst Community Residents πŸ“’

We would like to inform everyone that an additional 30-day extension has been granted for the grace period regarding the quarterly dues that were originally due on April 1st.

The extended grace period will now expire at the end of May. Please make sure your payment is submitted before then to avoid any late fees being applied.

βœ… To help avoid future issues or missed payments, we strongly encourage all residents to sign up for our FREE Auto-Pay option moving forward.
