Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)

Dispatcher Responsibilities:
• Professional communication with customers and technicians via Calls, Texts, and Emails.
• Assign and schedule incoming call to the appropriate technicians.
• Provide team members with needed information and support to provide high level service to customers.
• Schedule work based on the expected complexity of the job against the capabilities of the available technician.
• Coordinate call back work and potential rescheduling
• Verify job completion and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain Time
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pass Background Check
• 1-2 years previous call/dispatch experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Onsite Office Training
• Willingness to undergo onsite office training in (St. George, UT)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
• CRM software experience is preferred (but not required)
• Reliable home internet
• Private Home Office
• Utah and Texas remote based position
