Arbitration Victory
The Union has clearly met its burden of proof. The grievance should be sustained. The Clerk Craft employees at the Heritage Station should be compensated for all hours that the Limited Duty Rural Carrier performed Clerk duties. The Union cites eleven (11) cases to support its various positions.
