We came from the military. We came from law enforcement. We’ve lived both sides and understand the things that often go unseen and unspoken.
That’s where NFQ comes from.
Community starts with the people inside it.
It starts with standards.
Meeting the standard gets you in.
Exceeding it is what keeps you there.
Leadership isn’t about being the smartest, biggest, strongest, or most accomplished person in the room.
Leadership requires sacrifice.
Humility.
Learning.
And zero ego.
You should never demand a standard from someone else that you aren’t willing to exceed yourself.
The strongest communities are built by people who hold the line, protect the standards, and help the person next to them become better — without expecting anything in return.
Recently, we attended an EFC Instructor Level 1 course in South Carolina. From the moment we arrived, it was clear Adam and his team had built more than a course.
They built a community.
LEOs from across the country, united by one goal: showing up to the job with every tool possible to handle whatever problem comes next.
An obsession with the smallest details.
Zero room for ego.
Everyone there to get better.
We then spent time with Obsidian Spear Group, deep diving into CQT.
A room full of methodical, disciplined minds spending the week sharpening every aspect of the job — skills, processes, decision making, and mindset.
That’s community.
This is only the beginning of NFQ diving deeper into training and the communities built around it.
For those who know us personally, you know:
Community and the NFQ mindset are what we care about most.
The merch drives the machine forward.
But every person who wears the uniform, carries the mindset, and accepts NFQ into their life is the fuel that keeps the machine running.
