Python EFK,Inc. has returned from Japan after a successful 5-day Retreat where we delved into the lean topics of 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Cell Design, Total Productive Maintenance, Quick Changeovers, Mistake-Proofing, and Pull Systems. We also discussed three areas of focus in the coming year: culture, resolution, and innovation. Look for these topics in our future blog posts and other content.
