- Effectively manage simultaneous inbound and outbound requests (phone, email, chat, text).
- Proficiently multi-task between a wide range of tasks with varying priorities.
- Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both internal and external clients.
- Accurately follow call scripts and guidelines assigned to client programs and campaigns.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
- Provide empathy and support to callers and contacts who are experiencing difficult circumstances.
- Represent the company and its clients in a professional and respectful manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
