New Year-Same Mission! Last year River Aid and our volunteers extracted 37,873 lbs of trash and debris from the San Antonio River and it’s attached waterways!!!
We want to thank everyone who has been a part of our efforts over the last 9 months. We aim to double our impact in 2022 with a goal of 100,000 lbs.
We can only make this happen together! ✊
The San Antonio River Basin and it’s watersheds connect all of us, not only to each other, but with the river. If it weren’t for our river, San Antonio would never have been established here as a city. We need to protect this vital natural resource and elevate our relationship with our waterways as a city.
Here’s to progress towards the future we need, and more action for 2022!
