🚨The REAL update on H&W is in…
We're aware of the anticipated 2026 Health & Welfare fringe benefit rates expected to be published by the U.S. Department of Labor through All Agency Memorandum (AAM):
✅ $5.92/hour for standard H&W fringe benefits
✅ $5.42/hour for contracts covered by Executive Order 13706 paid sick leave requirements
While the official AAM and updated Wage Determinations have not yet been published, we understand they are expected to be released soon.
At this time, contractors should monitor developments closely and await the formal DOL publication before implementing changes tied to fringe benefits, payroll administration, contract pricing, or equitable adjustment requests.
Once the official release is published, Onsi Group will provide additional guidance on implementation requirements, compliance considerations, and contractor action items
