Strive for progress not perfection. If you're not perfect, your

together toward a common goal. The public, private, and nonprofit sector all face the same type of issues and the same methodology applies. In the beginning of any organization, it is very important to focus on forward movement to make it much easier and enjoyable to reach quantifiable goals.

The benefits of focusing on progress motivates organizations to keep going. It can be empowering to look back at the progress made in spite of the challenges faced. Any movement is progress and that is working toward perfection.
