AEM Jóvenes Ciudad de México llevó a cabo un desayuno con Arturo Elias Ayub, miembro del consejo de Grupo Carso.

Agradecemos a Arturo Elias Ayub por aceptar nuestra invitación a un desayuno, en donde nos platicó sus inicios como emprendedor, su gran crecimiento como joven empresario antes de aceptar trabajar con Carlos Slim, el cambio tan grande que sintió al pasar de ser un emprendedor a intrapreneur (dentro de Grupo Carso), así como darnos algunos tips para trabajar en empresas familiares, algunas de las historias más asombrosas que hemos escuchado, y sobre todo, hacer hincapié en que lo más importante en esta vida es la felicidad. ¡Muchas gracias Arturo!

3 Day Startup (3DS) Bexar County is returning to San Antonio’s Maestro Entrepreneur Center on December 2nd through 4th. Aspiring entrepreneurs describe the 3DS program as a life-changing experience that inspires them to change the world for the better.

3 Day Startup gathers 45 entrepreneurs to start companies over the course of 3 days. You don’t need to be a software developer or an MBA, and you don’t need to have a rich relative who can lend you a quarter of a million dollars. It was an amazing experience in which we learned about a growing international company with locations in 13 countries including Mexico, as well the benefits that a co-working space can provide for upcoming entrepreneurs and startups.

Thank you very much to all of the students who attended the Dialogue with the Consuls of Mexico in LA at USC. It was a great pleasure to have as our guests Consul General Carlos García de Alba and the Consul of Educational Affairs Andrés Webster. The dialogue included topics such as: the Mexican Diaspora in the United States, diplomacy as a career path, internship opportunities at the consulate, U.S. elections, and the current and future status of the U.S.-Mexico relationship.
