Meet the Field Team: Sergio
Great service doesn’t just happen; it takes dedicated people behind the scenes making sure our teams have the equipment, resources, and support they need to do their jobs well.
For the past five years, Sergio has been an important part of that commitment at J&G.
As our Field Supervisor, Sergio helps lead the team responsible for getting our guards set up when a new job begins, keeping equipment serviced and operational, and responding when our teams need assistance in the field.
When we asked Sergio what he enjoys most about his role, his answer summed up his approach to the job perfectly:
"The thing I enjoy most about working with and helping our guards is being able to provide all the necessities and support they need to best perform their job with confidence."
That commitment to taking care of our people ultimately helps us provide the dependable service our clients expect from J&G.
Outside of work, Sergio enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their two boys. Some of his favorite times are their monthly trips to Mexico to visit family and nights at the drag strip where Sergio puts his collection of cars to good use!
Sergio's dedication, consistency, and work ethic over the last five years have made him a vital member of J&G and our field operations team.
