Meet the Field Team: James!

For more than three years, James has helped keep J&G Security’s field operations running smoothly. From maintaining equipment to responding when a last-minute issue arises, he’s always ready to step in and help.

His knowledge of equipment and the industry makes him a valuable resource, but it’s the relationships he builds that make him a friend to so many at J&G. James especially enjoys connecting with our guards, sharing stories, and offering advice while working on-site.

When he’s off the clock, he enjoys riding his Onewheel, playing disc golf, gaming with friends, and spending time with his family.

James, we appreciate your dependability, your knowledge, and the care you show our team. J&G is better because of you!

Great BBQ, great company, and a weekend worth sharing!🔥🥩

Our J&G Security team had an amazing time at the Austin Chapter AGC Annual BBQ Cookoff last weekend! From cooking up some delicious BBQ to spending time with family and friends and making new ones, it was a successful weekend all around.

Thank you to AGC Austin for putting on such a great event and to everyone who stopped by to visit and grab a bite. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Meet the Office Team: Anna Rodriguez

For more than eight years, Anna has been an inetgral part of the team behind J&G Security.

As our Office Manager, Anna handles everything from payroll and invoices to answering questions, solving problems, and supporting our guards and staff. Simply put, she’s the glue that holds the inner workings of our office together.

When asked what she enjoys most about working with J&G, Anna shared:

“What I enjoy most about working with J&G is the opportunity to support our contract guards and staff every day. Whether I’m assisting with payroll, answering questions, or helping resolve concerns, I enjoy being someone our team can depend on. I’ve also enjoyed watching J&G grow and seeing the company’s vision become a reality.”

Throughout her time with J&G, Anna has had a front-row seat to a lot of that growth, and we’re incredibly grateful she’s been such an important part of it.

Outside of work, Anna loves spending time with her family, taking road trips along the Texas coastline and country roads, watching her husband’s band perform, and spending time with her daughter, Lynda, who recently started graduate school.

Anna’s hard work, wisdom, and consistency have made her an invaluable part of J&G over the years.
