I’m honored to share that I have been reappointed to the 2027 Texas REALTORS® State Commercial Committee!

I’m grateful for the continued trust and the opportunity to serve alongside professionals from across Texas who are helping strengthen advocacy, elevate industry standards, and shape the future of commercial real estate. There is still meaningful work ahead, and I’m proud to keep contributing to it.

Let’s keep building a stronger Texas together.

Today is International PMO Day — and I'm sitting with gratitude for a journey that started in 2018 with a vision most people hadn't seen yet.

I launched Tacit Growth Strategies as one of the early PMO consultancies intentionally built to operate beyond traditional project controls. Long before "transformation" and "value-driven PMOs" became buzzwords — we were already in the field, doing the work.

Kidney care. R&D environments. Cultural institutions. Historic preservation. Archiving systems. Placemaking. K–12 curriculum design. Bilingual grant writing. Community development across the USA and beyond.

The work was never about dashboards.

It was about building systems that could outlast us.

And yes — we are overhead.

The best kind. The kind that keeps everything else from falling apart.

The new PMI Project Management Offices: A Practice Guide (2025) confirms what practitioners have known for years: the modern PMO is a strategic engine for growth, adaptability, and long-term impact. That evolution mirrors exactly why Tacit Growth Strategies exists.

I didn't build this to manage projects.

I built it to help organizations execute vision with precision — while protecting identity, mission, and long-term sustainability.

Because the strongest PMOs don't just deliver projects.

They preserve history. They build infrastructure. They translate complexity into movement. They shape the future of entire communities.

There’s a quiet truth in the trades that doesn’t get said enough:
skill alone doesn’t build wealth—systems do.

I’m honored to be a speaker at From Toolbelt to Owner: Turning Your Trade Into a Thriving Business—a program built for people who already know how to work and are ready to finally build something that works for them.

During Week 5, I’ll be leading:
Why Good Trades Lose Money—and How Systems Fix It

Because too many talented electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, builders—and even real estate professionals—are leaving money on the table. Not because they lack skill, but because no one ever showed them how to structure a business that actually supports their growth.

This isn’t theory. This is real-world clarity:
✔️ Pricing that actually produces profit
✔️ Systems that stabilize your workflow
✔️ A customer experience that positions you above the race to the bottom

And let’s be honest—$75 for a full conference + workshops + 10-week mentorship support? That’s not a cost… that’s access.

If you’ve been working in your business and you know it’s time to start leading it—this is your moment.

What an outstanding morning I've had!

I was truly honored to serve as a guest speaker panelist for the Lean Six Sigma and Project Management in Small Business panel at the Texas Tri-County Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 Small Business “Unite” Symposium—hosted in the beautiful city of Live Oak at the incredible Northeast Lakeview College.

I had the chance to share a real story from my work as Founder/Managing Director at Tacit Growth Strategies—how we turned a website with less than 1% conversion into a structured, revenue-generating system projected to deliver $180K annually. Not by guessing. By applying discipline. By using Lean Six Sigma to fix what was broken and project management to execute what worked.

Here’s the truth I left the room with:

Small businesses don’t struggle because improvement is too complex—they struggle because structure isn’t prioritized. But when you slow down long enough to define the problem, measure what matters, and improve with intention… everything changes.

We don’t need more noise. We need better systems. I'm proud to serve as an educator for The Alamo Colleges District for employers seeking to provide Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and other hard and soft skills training and professional development opportunities to their teams -- I facilitate learning that leads to unimaginable transformation.

Thank you for the invite and opportunity, Kevin Lindquist—I’m looking forward to building on the momentum from today’s presentation and supporting you in any way!

Grateful for the conversation, the connections, and the shared commitment to building businesses that are not just busy—but built to last.

I am deeply honored and grateful to the Hon. Lucy Adame-Clark for including me in this year’s Women’s History Month exhibit at the Bexar County Clerk’s Spanish Archives. 💜

And what a meaningful way to celebrate Happy International Women’s Day—surrounded by the stories, strength, and enduring contributions of women who have shaped our communities across generations. 🌸✨

To be featured in a place that safeguards the earliest historical records of our region is incredibly special to me. The Spanish Archives contain more than a quarter-million pages of handwritten manuscripts documenting the Spanish colonial era and the Mexican State of Coahuila y Texas—some of the most important primary sources for understanding the origins of Hispanic Texas.

To stand even briefly in the presence of that history—and to be included among the women helping shape our community today—is both humbling and deeply meaningful.

These archives, alongside the remarkable Daughters of the Republic of Texas Library Collection, preserve a vast legacy of Texana history, culture, and scholarship. They remind us that the work women are doing today becomes the history future generations will inherit tomorrow.

Lucy, thank you for honoring women in such a thoughtful way and for creating space where our stories can live alongside the long arc of Texas history. I’m truly grateful to be included among so many remarkable women whose courage, creativity, and leadership continue to move our community forward.

If you’re in San Antonio this month, I hope you’ll take a moment to visit the gallery and celebrate the women whose stories inspire us all. 💜
