😥We have survived abuse, heartbreak, death,disappointment,misfortune,mental illness, shame and abandonment. 💥But we have also had amazing laughs, beautiful children, unexplainable opportunities, abundance, unmeasurable growth, irreplaceable relationships and a level of gratefulness and love that many would never understand. 🥰I love this woman, I adore her, she is more than enough, then add gratuity and tax!

💥When you decide you will take full ownership and accountability for your feelings and actions it doesn’t feel as bthink. Stepping up and saying I was trying to control the outcome by trying to control someone else and letting that person be free. Is the most humane and loving thing you can do. This life isn’t blueprinted for us as individuals so don’t beat yourself up about when you get the message as long as you get it. Live life as you feel you should and do so with out bringing others into that space for them to plug the holes. 💥

👉I coach people through real life because I truly live it.( single, married, divorced, widowed, abandoned), I coach through the doubt, shame, insecurity, changes, codependency, mental health, depression, body shame, self esteem, money issues, generational conditioning, religion, abuse, parenting, worth, divorce, situationships, self lol even, this ain’t just about sex.👈

🥰You deserve to breathe deep, have clear thought, remember simple things, anxiety free days, not to over or under eat because you can’t process, love yourself , have migraine free days, acne free skin, be free from stomach pain, free from losing hair, free from bags and dark marks under your eyes, free from second guessing yourself and what your life should be. 🥰
