You are invaluable in so many ways to me.
You are an amazing student of our business, you have a level head & you’re smart as a whip.
You will always be my #1 not because you were my first born out of no 6 kids, but because you earn it every single day at Diamondback with me.
I’m the luckiest man, I get to work with you, James, and 5-6 hours a week Audrey. Next summer Ben will be in the plant & I will have 4 of my kids working with me. This is the reason I started the company…

Another Saturday at the plant & I feel we are 2 weeks out on actually running boxes on our new flexo folder gluer. This will not be the end of our challenges with installing equipment, but only the halfway mark…
After we get this beast screaming we will be installing a brand new & shiny 66” Apstar RDC.
As always we are grateful to our clients, and employees who make this all possible.
