During Hospice Month, I’m proud to celebrate the partnerships that make compassionate end-of-life care possible. Working alongside hospice nurses, social workers, chaplains, case managers, and volunteers reminds me how powerful a coordinated care team can be.

Together, we help families understand their choices, access support earlier, and feel less alone during the end-of-life journey. Here’s to the hospice teams who show up with heart every single day. 🤍

It was such a pleasure to speak at the Adult Protective Services Conference on “You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know.” Sharing insights and learning alongside so many dedicated professionals reminded me just how important awareness, empathy, and continuous learning are in supporting vulnerable adults.
