Reyes is the founding President and CEO of Veniese International Ventures LLC (VIV). She brings 30+ years of public, private, and entrepreneurial experience to the business. That, combined with her passion to make the connection and close the deal, has turned VIV into a success. Prior to embarking on her journey with VIV, she worked for the City of San Antonio’s Legal and the Economic Development Departments before transitioning to Brooks Development Authority (BDA). She was a member of the BDA Executive Team reporting directly to the CEO and CFO. Some of the skill set developed included:
█ USCIS – Created original goals and objectives that integrate with U.S. Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) criteria for Brooks City Base.
█ EB5 – Establish and implement the BDA Program. Planned and organized all local and international activities of the Employment Based Five (EB-5) program; developed policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risk, and maximize opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.
█ TARGET MARKETS – Traveled globally to Singapore, Vietnam, China, Mexico and Brazil establishing networks for securing foreign investors for multimillion-dollar projects.
█ CONTRACT EXPERTISE – Extensive public sector contracting and procurement expertise having overseen over $300+ million in contracts in the following sectors: telecommunication, energy, construction, professional services, commodities and real estate.

Reyes has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies with a Business Concentration from Mississippi University for Women.
