What a night… 🐎🌹❤️
Proof that I don’t just stage homes… I stage moments too!

Our ABWA Derby Mixer was one of those nights where everything just clicked—beautiful details, so many creative touches, and a room full of incredible women who showed up ready to connect, laugh, and have FUN.
From the photo booth chaos (my favorite kind 😄) to the hair tinsel, the cocktails(orange lemon drop martini!) and all the little details that came together… this is exactly why I love being part of this group.
And let’s talk about those finishing touches—because you know I can’t help myself 😉
Every table, every setup… it all matters. The same way staging brings a home to life, those little details brought this entire night to life.
So grateful to everyone who came out, supported, and made it what it was 💕

• a trailer half packed
• pillows everywhere
• second guessing one lamp for 10 minutes 😅

But this is where the magic actually starts—
figuring out how a space should feel before it ever looks finished.

Because a good listing doesn’t just look nice…
it makes sense the second you walk in.

And that’s always the goal 💛

Layer by layer it comes together… and somehow turns into something that feels intentional and beautiful

Just Staged: Belleair Bluffs Waterfront Condo
This one… 😍

A 2 bed / 2 bath condo with water views that already had the location — it just needed the feeling to match.

Because here’s the thing…
Buyers don’t just want to see the water… they want to feel what it’s like to wake up next to it.

So we leaned into soft coastal layers, light textures, and just enough warmth to make every space feel calm, open, and inviting.
