My name is Tina Exum Lo**ta Marie Fitness and I am certified in personal fitness training and in nutrition. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Which is why I created Lo**ta Marie Fitness. My goal is to encourage women, especially black women, to change their views on fitness so that it becomes a part of who they are instead of a chore. The Black Film Festival is a great opportunity for me to reach and teach as many as I can.

Hope to see you all there!
