Thank you Black Chamber of Commerce Inland Empire for asking me to present this year’s 2026 entrepreneur of the year award at the Legacy Ball. I loved the Hollywood dandy theme because everybody looked so good! My heart is happy! My first day at California Baptist University! Our word this year at the institution is Humility.

I was encouraged by 40 bright students understanding of humility and how they use it in everyday life. Our scripture is Psalm 25:9.

“He leads the humble in what is right, and teaches the humble his way.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭25‬:‭9‬ ‭ESV‬‬

I continue to always receive more than I give. I had a line of students after class expressing how excited they were to be in my international business class. To God be the glory!
