I was told to cut 4M. What I found was a broken system, no resources, and a glass cliff I could not see until I was already on it.

Drop a 🔥if you have been asked to fix something you didn’t break. What nobody tells you is this-sometimes, leadership isn’t about “saving” the place. Sometimes, it is about realizing you cannot carry an entire broken structure on your back and call it strength.

I stayed, I fought, I led with what I had. And..I still had to learn that faith and perseverance do not mean ignoring the cost. If this hit home, save it for later or send it to a leader who needs the reminder: protect your peace too.
