My office looks a little different these days… 🤍

Quality time with Hana, soaking in these newborn moments… while my business keeps working in the background.

A few years ago, I wanted to build something that gave me more time freedom—not just another job that needed me every minute of the day.

And now, my “office” for the last few weeks has been this recliner… feeding my baby girl, cuddling her, and being fully present. 🥹

The business I built before becoming a mom is still running in the background.

This is the kind of freedom I was building for. 🤍

Mom life is BUSY right now… but my business is still running. 🤍

Between caring for our newborn, sleepless nights, pumping, feeding, and everything happening at home… I’m so grateful I built a digital business that doesn’t require me to be “on” 24/7.

And waking up to direct deposits from our digital business while my focus is on my family? 🥹

So grateful for the flexibility.
So grateful for the extra income.
And so grateful I started when I did. 💕

I used to think being strong meant holding everything together.

The plans.
The responsibilities.
The problems.
The outcome.

But trying to control everything can leave you exhausted.

This season is teaching me that letting go does not mean giving up. It means accepting that I can do my best without carrying the weight of everything I cannot control.

Sometimes strength looks like pausing.
Asking for help.
Changing the plan.
Protecting your peace.
Taking life one day at a time.

The lesson: You do not have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward.

Take the next step. Take a deep breath. Let that be enough for today. 🤍

Have you ever planned every detail because you wanted to control the outcome…

Only to watch everything go differently anyway?

That has been my lesson these past few weeks.

I like having a plan.
I like being prepared.
I like knowing what’s going to happen next.

But life doesn’t always ask for our permission before changing the plans.

I’ve realized that trying to control every outcome can become exhausting. The tighter I hold on, the heavier everything feels.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do isn’t to push harder.

It’s to let go.

To say,
“I’ve done what I can. The rest is no longer mine to control.”

That doesn’t mean giving up.

It means trusting that your peace is more valuable than forcing an outcome that may never happen the way you imagined.

Ironically, the moment we stop trying to control everything…
we often find the clarity, strength, and opportunities we couldn’t see before.

Maybe someone else needed this reminder today too. 🤍

Some days remind me why I’m so grateful I started building this business years ago. ❤️

Today was full…

✨ Antenatal testing
✨ OB appointment
✨ Sold some old clothes
✨ Cooked 3 dishes and froze some for our postpartum meal stash

By the time I finally sat down, I realized…

I barely had any time to work on my business today.

But leads still came in.

Not because I was glued to my phone.
Not because I was posting all day.
Not because I was messaging people nonstop.

Because I spent the time years ago building systems and automation that continue to work, even on the busiest seasons of life.

As I prepare to become a first-time mom, that’s something I’m incredibly thankful for.

Life will always have busy seasons.

The question is…
Are you building something that only works when you’re working?

Or are you building something that can keep moving even while you’re taking care of what matters most?

Today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. 💕

Patience has never been my strong suit.

I’m the type of person who wants answers now.
Fix the problem today.
Control every outcome.

If there’s a faster way, I want to find it.

But lately, life has been reminding me that some of the best things simply can’t be rushed.

A butterfly doesn’t become stronger by leaving its cocoon early.

In fact, if you cut the cocoon open to “help,” you can actually prevent it from developing the strength it needs to fly.

Sometimes the struggle is part of the process.

Business has taught me the same lesson.

You can’t plant a seed today and expect to harvest fruit tomorrow.

You prepare the soil.
You plant the seed.
You water it consistently.
Then… you wait.

Not because nothing is happening.

But because the growth is happening where you can’t see it yet.

The same is true for building a business.

Every conversation.
Every lesson.
Every setback.
Every person you help.

They’re all planting seeds.

Some will grow quickly.
Some will take months.
Some may take years.

Your job isn’t to force the harvest.

Your job is to stay faithful to the process.

I’m still learning this every day.

To do what I can…
Release what I can’t control…
And trust that what’s meant to grow will grow in the right season.

If you’re feeling discouraged because things aren’t happening as fast as you’d hoped, keep showing up.

The roots are growing before the fruit appears. 🌱❤️

Today isn’t just about fireworks, BBQs, or a day off.

It’s a reminder to pause… and be grateful.

❤️ Grateful for the freedoms we often take for granted.
🤍 Grateful for the people we get to love.
💙 Grateful for the opportunities to dream, grow, and create a life that truly matters.

As we prepare to welcome our baby girl into the world, this Fourth of July feels a little different. More than ever, I’m reminded that time is our greatest gift.

It’s also why I’m so passionate about helping others create more choices in their lives—more time with family, more flexibility, more purpose, and the freedom to design a life they don’t need a vacation from.

Whatever freedom looks like for you, I hope today reminds you to be grateful for how far you’ve come and excited for what’s still ahead.
