Here is how it actually works.
You start by picking your grapes. Napa Cabernet, Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay, Barbera, Sangiovese, or our estate grown Primitivo from Amador.
Then you come in four times across the year. First visit you sort, destem, and crush, and fermentation kicks off. Two weeks later you press the w**e off the skins and fill your barrel. Third visit is racking. Fourth is bottling, corking, and labeling.
A half barrel is 144 bottles. A full barrel is 288. Most people split one with friends or family.
Crush season runs September through November. Link in bio.
