Over the past 15 years, this shared commitment has fueled our growth, shaped our identity, and inspired everything we’ve built. We are incredibly grateful for the passion, perseverance, and trust that have brought us to this moment.

The virtual CLI.Kongress has concluded, once again bringing together leading interdisciplinary specialists dedicated to improving care for patients with CLTI.
We thank the organizers for creating an excellent platform for clinical exchange.

A special thank you to Sandra Düsing, MD from University Hospital Leipzig for sharing two recorded CLTI cases on “Needle-Based CTO Crossing and Retrievable Scaffold Therapy in BTK Lesions.” Her presentation highlighted practical strategies for complex peripheral disease, from crossing heavily calcified, long CTOs with the Wingman™ CTO Crossing Catheter to demonstrating the role of Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST) with the Spur® Peripheral Retrievable Scaffold System.

Thank you also to Marianne Brodmann, MD from University Hospital Graz for her presentation, “Temporary Stent Implantation BTK for Lesion Preparation: Summary of the Current Evidence,” and for providing a valuable overview of the clinical evidence supporting Spur.

An inspiring week at .
We are still energized by the strong interest and engagement around the Spur® Stent System during this year’s meeting in Boston.

A special thank you to Anahita Dua, MD and Patrick Muck, MD for sharing their case-based perspectives during Vascular LIVE! and demonstrating how they integrate Spur into their BTK treatment algorithms.

We are grateful to the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS), the VAM26 organizers, program committee, faculty, and all attendees for making this meeting such a valuable forum for clinical exchange and innovation.

One year after the FDA De Novo Clearance of the Spur® Stent System was announced at NCVH 2025, we were grateful to return to NCVH 2026 and continue the clinical exchange around complex BTK intervention, CLTI treatment strategies, and the evolving role of Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST).

Thank you to Pradeep Nair, MD, for showcasing the Spur® Stent System in a live case session on PAD therapy, including IVUS results showing substantial luminal expansion despite severe calcific burden.

We also recognize Ramzan Zakir, MD, for sharing the new 12-month DEEPER REVEAL data on Spur, highlighting the durable safety and efficacy of RST after predilatation in CLTI patients.

Shout out to Fadi Saab, MD, and his cath lab team for sharing a live Spur case and adding to the case-based discussion around complex BTK intervention.

Received during NCVH 2025, the clearance marked a defining moment for Reflow Medical.

Over the past year, that milestone has become momentum: growing clinical adoption, expanding scientific evidence, and continued focus on progress in BTK disease treatment.

In CLTI patients with long, calcified infrapopliteal lesions, treatment with the Spur Peripheral Retrievable Stent System following predilatation demonstrated durable safety and efficacy at 12 months.*

The Spur Stent System is intended for the treatment of de novo or restenotic infrapopliteal lesions following predilatation. Late-breaking at EuroPCR 2026. And more to come.
Today in Paris, Scott Harding, MD, shared the first 6-month results from the DEEPER CORONARY first-in-human study evaluating the investigational coronary Spur® Elute Sirolimus-Eluting Retrievable Stent System for coronary ISR.

The results demonstrated safety and promising efficacy:
• 100% freedom from MACE
• 100% freedom from all-cause mortality
• Improvement in CCS angina class across all treated patients

For Reflow Medical, these early findings add important clinical momentum to our coronary program and support the continued evaluation of Spur Elute in coronary ISR.
