Looking for highly motivated and experienced sales people! Door to Door sales experience preferred but not required.
The candidates we are seeking are those who have worked in outside sales (B2B) and/or direct sales. We are looking to hire door knockers who are quick on their feet and can take direction well.

If hired you will be part of our door to door team protecting homes selling home alarm systems, and home automation systems.

Position Summary:
Provide resolution and close sales by reaching potential customers door to door selling, gathering information, determining needs and scheduling installation appointments.
Make outgoing follow-up telephone calls to undecided leads.
Provide prospect information in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide specific package and promotion details for customers.

Sales representatives are responsible for selling our company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through door to door sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
Using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in buying the products and services required to meet their needs, resulting in revenue generation for the company.
Conducting site surveys in preparation of customer needs analysis and estimates.
Preparing statement(s) of work and corresponding sales estimate(s).
Conducting sales presentations to customers as required.
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of company services.
Acquiring and maintaining sound knowledge of all product lines and services offered.
Attracting new customers and up-selling a client base through a combination of field sales, phone sales, and direct marketing efforts.
Generating sales leads and customer account information.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Skills & Experience):
Must have a technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
Must have strong negotiation skills and prospecting skills.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Must be able to work in a competitive enviroment.
Must have a driver's license with an acceptable record.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Normal office/field environment.
Construction sites and customers' facilities.
Must be able to work extended hours to support business requirements.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; twist, use hands to handle, push, pull or feel, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to approximately twenty-five (25) pounds.
