What an exciting first week having Tammy Slone on the team here at edu Business Solutions!

Tammy joins us with over 30 years of experience running the print shop at Cedarville University, and she’s already jumping in with both feet.

Yesterday, we had the chance to visit our valued Print Shop Pro® customer, Ruben Pena at Cajon Valley Union School District, to see his in-plant operation in action.

From my perspective, it was incredible to watch Tammy and Ruben dive right into discussions on how to leverage landing pages to make online ordering simple for customers. They also strategized on ways to bring more value to the PSP Annual User Group Meeting and explored the many benefits of the Apparel and Promo Module for streamlining not only apparel orders but also promotional items, awards and placards.

Keeping Tammy connected with the industry will not only sharpen her skills but also bring tremendous value to both our legacy users and new customers alike.

We are truly excited about the future under Tammy’s direction and can’t wait to see all the positive impact she’ll no doubt continue to make.

Join Us in Celebrating Jarrod Triplett’s 20-Year Anniversary with edu Business Solutions!

Since joining edu in 2004, Jarrod Triplett has played a key role in supporting our customers and products. As Template Team Lead for Design Conductor®, he helps clients bring their branded materials to life with custom templates—and he’s now expanding his role to support Print Shop Pro® customers as well.

Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Jarrod is a Slippery Rock University grad, a (currently cautious) Steelers fan, and a devoted husband and father. On weekends, you’ll find him exploring San Diego with his family or building Minecraft creations with his 6-year-old son.

I’m Jordan Matanane, National Sales Manager and Product Specialist at Print Shop Pro®. Since 2014, I’ve helped in-plant print shops across the country automate their workflow and improve efficiency with our software.
I’ve been in sales since I was 18, with a strong background in computer science from Grossmont, Cuyamaca, and Palomar Colleges. Born and raised in San Diego (go Padres!), I now live in Surprise, AZ, where I enjoy playing softball, drumming, DJing, and spending time with my 11-year-old daughter.
