Your Past Does Not Dictate Your Future. Period.
Just because you haven’t experienced success before doesn’t mean you don’t deserve it. And it sure as hell doesn’t mean you’re not capable of creating it.
I’ve been there—hitting my “dream” success, only to feel like something was wrong. On paper, I was killing it in my corporate life. Promotions, recognition, achievements. But inside? I felt dead.
And here’s the thing: those feelings didn’t just magically disappear when I started my business. I carried them with me. I was lost, stuck asking myself, “Who am I, really? At my core?”
So, I stepped away. I took time—real time—to do some soul searching. I stopped letting others (hello, corporate life) define who I was. And instead of trying to fit into some box, I stood in my power and created a new identity for myself.
Here’s the real talk: As you grow, sometimes you have to step back to do a soul check-in.
And yeah, this process can get messy.
It might mean letting go of relationships that no longer serve your energy or growth.
It might mean parting ways with employees who aren’t aligned with your vision and mission.
It might even mean shaking up your entire routine to create the change you know you need.
For me, this also meant taking a digital detox—no scrolling, no endless comparison traps. Just space to breathe, think, and reconnect.
Bonus: My husband was pretty thrilled with all the undivided attention I gave him during that time. 🙃
Here’s the truth: You are a spiritual being having a human experience. Your goals and values will evolve—and that’s okay.
But it’s your responsibility to own that evolution.
Because if you don’t tell the world who you are, the world will happily tell you who to be.
So, let me ask you: What’s one step you can take today to reconnect with yourself and redefine your future on your terms?
The life and success you want? It’s yours to create. And I’m here rooting for you. 💪✨
