We’ve heard from many of you expressing concern about the impact of COVID-19, and we are determined to do our part in providing support to our valued residents.

During this time of uncertainty due to the Coronavirus, Cairncross Management is taking steps to minimize health risks to our employees, vendors and residents. The health and safety of our team and residents is of extreme importance to us, and we are closely following the guidelines put in place by our government.

Governor Newsom made a statement on March 20, 2020 stating that it is permissible for property managers to do repair work, which generally involves maintaining sanitary and safety conditions. Other aspects of the Real Estate industry can continue to occur without in person contact.

We are responding to maintenance calls via the Resident Portal on a case by case basis.
